These terms cover clinics using NammaClinic, a service provided by Winkle Studios, India. By creating a clinic account you agree to them.
The service
NammaClinic helps clinics manage their outpatient queue, waiting-room screen, billing, staff logins and patient updates on WhatsApp. It is an administrative tool. It does not give medical advice, and doctors remain responsible for every clinical decision and prescription.
Clinic responsibilities
- Keep staff logins private and remove staff who leave.
- Enter accurate patient and billing details.
- Message patients only about their own visit, and respect anyone who asks to stop.
- Follow the laws that apply to medical records and billing.
Patient messages are sent from the shared NammaClinicnumber and always name the clinic. Use must follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies. We may pause messaging for a clinic that misuses it.
Data
The clinic owns its patient records. We handle them as described in our privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep NammaClinic available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update these terms and will tell clinics about important changes before they apply.
